Get in touch

This page works whether or not you can sign in. If your account is suspended, closed, or you never got past the sign-up email, this is the way to reach us.

These may be quicker than writing

You closed your account and want it back

Sign in as usual and you will be offered a way to reopen it. Your previous posts and replies remain anonymised.

Your confirmation email never arrived

Check the spam folder first, then try signing in — if the address was registered, signing in will tell you what state the account is in.

Your organisation is not in our list

Our list covers every principal authority and around ten thousand town and parish councils, and it is still incomplete. Tell us below, under “Something else”, and give the full name of the organisation.

You are waiting for approval

Accounts registered with an address that is not .gov.uk are checked by a person. There is nothing to do while that is in hand.
